Sisi’s journey has been one of curiosity, exploration, and an ever-growing understanding of the theatre community’s complex ecosystem. Her professional path has not only been shaped by her artistic endeavors but also by her deep interest in how organizations function, how they engage with diverse audiences, and how they grow in an ever-evolving cultural landscape. Whether leading initiatives, cultivating relationships with donors, or managing large-scale projects, Sisi’s leadership is marked by a rare blend of vision, empathy, and strategic thinking.
Throughout her career, Sisi has honed her skills in engagement, from working with donors to supporting diverse teams and empowering individuals to see and amplify their contributions to the greater whole. She has become a trusted representative, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders and cultivating the kind of partnerships that foster mutual success.
