(Jill Harrison, Founder + Executive Director)
Creator: Pirronne Yousefzadeh is a Brooklyn based director. Recent projects include Utopia Minnesota by Meg Miroshnik (2016 Sagal Fellowship, Williamstown Theatre Festival), That High Lonesome Sound (Actors Theatre of Louisville; 2015 Humana Festival) and We Are Proud To Present A Presentation… by Jackie Sibblies Drury (InterAct Theatre Company). Her productions of The Dangerous House of Pretty Mbane by Jen Silverman (InterAct Theater Company) and In The Blood (Theatre Horizon) together received a total of fifteen Barrymore Award nominations, including Outstanding Direction and Outstanding Overall Production for both. And If You Lose Your Way, or A Food Odyssey (Invisible Dog) received nominations for Outstanding Ensemble and Outstanding Performance Art Production from New York Innovative Theatre Awards.
She has directed and developed work at The Public/Joe’s Pub, New York Theatre Workshop, Ars Nova, Soho Rep, Playwrights Horizons, Atlantic Theater Company, Ma-Yi Theater Company, Rising Circle Theater Collective, The Woodshed Collective (The Tenant: Best of 2011, The L Magazine), Partial Comfort Productions, Noor Theatre, Rising Phoenix Rep, HERE Arts Center, New York Musical Theatre Festival, Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Wild Project, Dixon Place, The Living Theatre, The Lark Play Development Center, New Dramatists, The Juilliard School, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Cleveland Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, Geva Theatre Center, Huntington Theatre Company, Two River Theater Company, Milwaukee Rep, InterAct Theatre Company, On The Boards, Perseverance Theatre, Berkshire Fringe Festival, Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre, and Hangar Theatre, where she was a 2006 Drama League Directing Fellow.

Is a Lover, Artist, & Educator. Christina has been apart of the Philadelphia Theatre Community for more than 15 years...As an Actor, Director & Facilitator Christina has artistically collaborated with companies such as : Philadelphia Young Playwrights, Walnut Street and Arden Theatre Education Departments, Shakespeare In Clark Park, 1812, Theatre In The X, Luke Allen Productions, Higher Than 7 Productions, Play Penn, Theatre Horizon, Found Theatre Company, Ferdinand, Inter Act Play Reading Series, Revamp Theatre Collective, First World Theatre Ensemble , Putty Dance Project & Breakfast Improv Networking Jawn. Christina co- produced the “Secret Show Series “last year at the Painted Bride Art Center with her Fellow Art Doula Pheobe Schaub. There are the Producers for this year’s “DG Jam”.

Phoebe Schaub is a Philadelphia artist, teaching artist (Philadelphia Young Playwrights, Theatre Horizon, The Delphi Project for Pennsylvania Ballet), and Operations Manager of Team Sunshine Performance Corporation. She is a co-founder and former company member of Found Theater Company (where she co-created thirteen original works), a co-producer, co-curator and co-Art Doula alongside Christina May (The Knight Foundation-funded Secret Show Series at Painted Bride Art Center, DG JAM for Directors Gathering), and a graduate of Temple University's undergraduate directing program.
Victoria Goins is a Philadelphia actor and doula. Born in Houston, Victoria began her professional acting career in Los Angeles in 2007, starring in several national commercials and appearing as a singer/performer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, America's Got Talent, and The Voice. After moving to Philadelphia, Victoria graduated with her B.A. in Strategic Communication from Temple University. Her interest in directing was peaked when she participated in the (DG) Directors Gathering as an actor in 2018. Since then, she has worked alongside Amina Robinson at The Arden as the Assistant Director for 74 Seconds to Judgment by Kash Goins. Previous roles include: Squeak (The Color Purple) Maria (Maria Marten, or, The Murder in the Red Barn) ,Zenna (Lydie Breeze Trilogy), Lady in Yellow (For Colored Girls), Miss. Pat (The Colored Museum), Olivia (Twelfth Night), and Elmire (Tartuffe).
Randi Alexis Hickey
Randi Alexis Hickey is a Philadelphia based director and theatre maker. With experience in and passion for new and ensemble driven work, she has found an artistic home producing/directing through Apartment 20. Randi's work, managerial and artistic, has been seen in the Philadelphia area with companies such as Directors Gathering, The Berserker Residents, Orbiter 3, IRC, and Philly Fringe to name a few. Anita Holland is a performance artist, deviser, theatre maker, avid mover, and children’s book author. Anita’s work interrogates language, excavates ancestry, and strolls with the jungian shadow. They are building a creative family in Philadelphia. Anita has appeared on stage at Quintessence (company member), InterAct, Flashpoint, Orbiter 3, PolyGlamourous, Philadelphia Artists Collective, Philadelphia Asian Performing Artists, CCTC, The Philadelphia Free School, StageWest, People’s Productions, Pioneer Theatre Company. They’ve created original roles in collaboration with Headlong (Incubated Artist), Swim Pony, The Painted Bride, and Applied Mechanics (Associate Artist). Katrina Shobe is a Philly based theatre artist and teacher. Most recently she directed Egoli at EgoPo co-produced by Theatre in the X.
Katrina has directed in the BridgePHL festival (AGAIN; Don't Wanna Dance With Ghost) and has been the AD for Theatre Exile(Buzzer; Really) Theatre in the X (Running Numbers) and AMH Production (Cotton and Gold). Katrina is passionate about telling stories that are often untold or overlooked. She finds joy in teaching and learning whether it be through theatre or in the classroom. There is always room to learn more and share more.
Evelyn Swift Shuker
Evelyn Swift Shuker is a performance artist, director, and playwright from Philadelphia. From 2014-2016, she was an artistic director of [redacted] Theater Company. With them, she wrote/directed Juniper Street (2014), This Damned Body (2015-2016), and This Damned Body is Carved Out of Meat (2015), wrote The Art of Wasting Time (2016), and created/performed the one-on-one play Who Told You You Were Naked? (2016). She was the playwright for Plant Me Here's recent audio play I'm Not Myself Today (2018), and performs solo works, including XY Scheherazade (Fringe Festival 2013), Blessed Amongst Women (Solow Fest 2017), and the upcoming Mother of Abominations (Solow Fest 2019). Design credits include Publik Private (2018) and They Extract! (2016) both by Alma's Engine, and Hear Me War (2017), directed by Elaina Di Monaco. She spends her days doing lighting for FringeArts, and is thrilled to be a part of the (DG) Jam!
Anissa Weinraub is a public school educator, theater-maker (director-creator-performer) and organizer, living and working in Philadelphia. Her work sits at the intersection of community, politics, and art. Her days are spent helping students claim their expressive, whole selves; facilitating ensemble-based devised theater processes; and convening groups of people to strategize toward collective change. Her current cultural organizing project fuses these passions through collaborating with youth and teachers in the education justice community to co-create a piece of documentary theater that amplifies their visions for educational transformation in Philadelphia.
